Q: What are the typical results that people achieve over 16 weeks of our program?
A: All results vary per person, however, typical results will range from a 8-16% loss in body fat. Depending on the person and how much weight you have to lose, weight loss will range from 15-40 pounds.
*Your results will be directly effected by how much work you are willing to put in and how closely you follow your nutrition program.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We offer a few different programs and all programs are customizable. So, prices can vary depending upon the program that best fits for your goals. Our programs were designed to give top of the line personal training and not break the bank.
